There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country." -TFL.org Why the name "Whirl"? Why such a simple and kinda plain name? First of all Naruto is the little spiral/whirl fish found in ramen ^_^, his most powerful techinique is the Rasengan a whirling mass of chakara, and he always draws spirals on everything. Ooh and I almost forgot about the Uzumaki (whirl) straits where there are nothing but whirlpools! Now Temari's famous technique is Kamitachi which translated means "Whirl-Wind". So the simple name of whirl seemed to be a good idea.
