Known JutsuAlong with non-elemental ninjutsu, a shinobi can, in theory, use a jutsu of any element, however each shinobi has an element (or multiple elemnts) that their chakra is naturally aligned to. Because of this shinobi have an easier time learning and using elemental jutsu from the element they have an affinity for and can do so with less chakra used to boot.The Mizukage has an affinity for Suiton (Water), Douton (Earth), and Katon (Fire), elements which allows her to utilize ninjutsu from these elements with ease and less chakra then most shinobi. These elements are also the foundation of her futton and youton bloodline limits, which also give her access to a variety of techniques that other shinobi do not and will never be able to use or steal should they have the sharingan. Compiled below are a list of the jutsu that the Mizukage has employed thus far. Futton Jutsu (Boil Release)
Name: Futton: Koumu no Jutsu
English Name: Boil Release: Skilled Mist Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Seals: Horse First Appeared: Chapter 466 (manga) User releases an acidic cloud of mist from their mouth which is capable of melting even the bones of Susanoo, the ultimate defense of a Mangekyou wielder. This technique cannot be used in the presence of allies as it spreads out into the air and melts indiscriminately. It is believed that the levels of acidity can be manipulated to keep it from harming others, however, given the effort that the Mizukage went through to seal off Sasuke from her allies durring the Kage Summit and then mentioned having to lower the levels when the mist drifted away into the room where her allies were, it is likely that the technique is an "all or nothing" sort. It's either acidic enough to melt or it's not. Youton Jutsu (Lava Release)
Name: Youton: Youkai no Jutsu
English Name: Lava Release: Melting Apparition Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Seals: Dog First Appeared: Chapter 466 (manga) Allows the user to shoot out a large amount of lava from their mouth which, showering their opponent and melting everything that it comes into contact with.
